Tailor-made for all Ford Nugget models from 2014 with a short wheelbase.

• Stainless steel housing – hygienic, age-resistant, environmentally friendly
• Bowl and lid made of polypropylene (PP-C)
• Width 332 mm, depth 385 mm, height 388 mm (ultra-compact despite maximum tank volume)

• Solids container (volume 15 liters) with agitator and removable crank (both stainless steel, crank either on the right or left without conversion)

• Urine tank with odor trap, union nut and extra-large spout for quick emptying
• Docking station for ventilation: this system, which is also patent-pending and tailor-made for the Ford Nugget, allows the BioToi to be ventilated in the storage compartment. Once pulled out, the toilet is without a tight hose connection. This makes handling in the vehicle easier.
• Side handle (the BioToi stands horizontally in the storage compartment, the handle makes it easier to pull out)
• 2 sliding films for the housing base (the Teflon-coated fabric pieces are self-adhesive. They protect the vehicle floor and reduce manual forces when pulling out)
• Fan unit for automatic interval or continuous operation with integrated undervoltage protection
• Control switch for the fan unit (on / off / interval) with connection terminals and mounting material
• 1,5 m fan hose
• 2 spray bottles (1x to clean the urine bowl and 1x to use the BioToi as a makeshift bidet)

What use was the BioToi RL Nugget Edition developed for?

The docking station is the tailor-made solution for the current Ford Westfalia Nugget with a short wheelbase. It fits in the storage compartment of the Nugget with a pop-up roof and in the one of the Nugget with a high roof. It also fits older nuggets if the storage compartment is high enough. When installing in older Nuggets, the docking station needs to be adjusted slightly.
