A well-known challenge with the Nugget is finding a suitable bike rack.
Unfortunately, the bike racks on the trailer hitch ball get in the way when the tailgate needs to be opened.

Wiki clutch carrier:
Some clutch carriers enable opening the tailgate by folding it 90 degrees, but even then the carrier is still inconveniently in the way.

Wiki tailgate carrier:
Carriers on the tailgate have the disadvantage that the wheels have to be lifted very high and sometimes hit the roof when the hatch is opened.
In addition, the flap does not stay up as long as bicycles are attached to the rack.

Our swivel module:
The perfect solution for this is the Van-Swing-Swing swivel module. By mounting the simple swivel module onto an existing or towbar, you can use your own bike rack. You do not need to remove the bikes and bike rack when you want to open the tailgate. The swivel module offers you the option of turning the bike rack with bikes to the side so that the chopping flap can be opened easily.

Thanks to the module, a simple coupling carrier without a folding function is sufficient!
You can either use the one you already have or access an inexpensive product.
In this way, at least part of the investment is saved elsewhere.

The advantage of attaching it to the left side is that the carrier does not get in the way of everyday camping, even with the wheels mounted.
As is well known, the chocolate side of the nugget opens to the right and that is where life usually takes place.
From here, the tailgate including any rear tent is freely accessible.

The load capacity of the Van-Swing is 60 kg. This includes the bikes and the bike rack. This means that if the bike rack weighs 15 kg, the bikes can still weigh a maximum of 45 kg.

Because the module is placed on the tow bar, the bike rack is at knee height, which is ideal for bikes that do not need to be lifted high. Due to the use of existing mounting points, no modifications need to be made to the vehicle itself.
